In general, customers know their business better than we do. In the event of any queries arising about the use or application of an existing or new product, we can help. And if we can't, we can probably direct your inquiry to someone that can help.
Stratlab does not employ service engineers directly, but handles support of instrumentation in particular on a case-by-case basis. For overseas equipment this may require return of goods to the UK or elsewhere or liaison with local support organisations. In whatever the circumstance, please contact us.
Training is an area of growing importance for us.
For technique training, we are in contact with a number of organisations who can offer independent training programmes.
For manufacturer specific instrument training, this may be offered by us using a 3rd party or by the manufacturer or their representative.
For training and familiarisation on new equipment purchased from us, suitable training will be agreed (if necessary) beforehand.
